Organisations and official skills
Companies and projects can now verify their GitHub organisation on Denofy. Packages from their own repositories carry the Official badge.

When you install a skill for a service — a database, a deployment platform, an SDK — you want to know whether it comes from the company behind it or from someone who copied it. Organisations make that visible.
Verified organisations#
Anyone can register an organisation at Dashboard → Organisations. It becomes a Verified Org once a member proves on GitHub to be an owner of the GitHub organisation — Denofy asks GitHub directly, no screenshots or e-mails. Optionally, the organisation's website domain can be verified with a DNS TXT record.
Every organisation has a page at /org/<name> with logo, description, website, members and
packages.
The Official badge#
A package is Official when it belongs to a verified organisation and comes from one of that organisation's own repositories. An import by someone else stays an import, shown as "Original by … · imported by …" with a link to the upstream repository.
When an organisation verifies, packages from its repositories join it automatically. Copies that someone else imported are transferred to the organisation's member who verified — the import history stays visible.
Find official skills#
- Official only filter in search and in the API (
official=1). - The Official skills row on the home page shows the logos of verified organisations.
- All organisations: /orgs.
